Bird Life featuring the rising Electronica talent Avis Vox, is the priority single of PARAFRAME's latest album 'Metropolis'. The title of the album draws inspiration from the 1927 cult movie Metropolis, a film about a dystopian society that also defines the album’s central concept. Metropolis showcases two decades of mastery in music and film production by PARAFRAME, pushing the limits of visual effects and 3D engines like Unreal Engine. This creative vision weaves a unique narrative around 12 new originals, representing PARAFRAME’s finest work to date in Progressive House and Melodic House & Techno.
Bird Life, the priority single of the Metropolis album, came to life over a year ago. It began as a small vocal part that Avis Vox sang spontaneously during one of our studio sessions—actually, right in the kitchen. When you’re married to a creative person, the lines between personal life and creative work blur completely. We’ve recorded so many tracks together over the years that I’ve lost count. We share a strong connection and a natural understanding of each other’s ideas.
“Bird Life” was special from the very beginning. We wanted to infuse it with as much love and emotion as possible, using the song to reflect how we see and feel about each other. It’s a deeply personal track that grew naturally, and we hope listeners will feel the connection and warmth that went into creating it.
