27 мар 2022Ноутбук — возможность жить полноценной жизнью. Я уже не раз говорил, что одним из необходимых средств технической реабилитации для инвалидов-колясочников должны быть ноутбуки. Это не роскошь, а способ активно общаться с людьми, заводить друзей, учиться и прокачивать навыки, найти работу и стать независимым.
Мой фонд «Взрослеем вместе» совместно с Общероссийским народным фронтом активно работает в этом направлении. Мы выиграли грант от правительства Московской области и уже купили 40 ноутбуков, которые сейчас едут к своим владельцам. Первыми их получат люди, которым они нужны больше всего. Мы также помогаем установить ПО, объясняем принципы работы и оплачиваем интернет. Если я окажусь прав, и люди благодаря ноутбукам смогут хоть немного приблизиться к полноценной и счастливой жизни, мы приложим все усилия, чтобы масштабировать проект на всю страну.
Надеюсь, ноутбук станет отличным новогодним подарком!
Laptops as a way to live a fuller life
I’ve already spoken several times about the laptop being one of the necessary technical means of rehabilitation for wheelchair users. It’s not a luxury, but a means to actively communicate with others, meet new people, learn and upgrade your skills, find a job and become independent.
Together with the All-Russia People’s Front, my charity “Grow Up Together” has been actively working in this direction. We’ve won a grant from the Moscow Region Government and have already purchased 40 laptops that are on their way to their owners, whom we selected through questionnaires. The first to receive the laptops will be the people who need them most. We’re obviously not just bringing over a computer, but are helping to set it up, installing an operating system, explaining its working principles and covering Internet costs. If I’m right and, using laptops, people can get even a little bit closer to a full and happy life, then me and my employees will put all of our efforts in to scale the project to the country as a whole.
We’ve set the process into motion, even though it required huge resources. But I’m glad that we were able to bring the project to life before the New Year. I hope that the laptops will become excellent gifts for many.
