Guangha Communication plans to acquire fifty-one% of Sichuan Saikang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Saikang Intelligent") for two hundred and forty-four.eight million yuan in cash in order to implement the enterprise strategy of "leading enterprise in intelligent command and dispatch". Saikang Intelligent is a listed company on the New Third Board's innovation layer (eight hundred and seventy-three thousand five hundred and fifty-four) and a national level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise. It focuses on the evaluation of power equipment status, intelligent monitoring of equipment, and data analysis business. Through products and professional technology, it ensures the safe operation of the power energy system, helps improve the production efficiency of power equipment, builds a green power grid, and meets the requirements of sustainable development. On January eight, two thousand twenty-five, Guangha Communication held the fourteenth meeting of the fiveth Board of Directors and the eleventh meeting of the fiveth Supervisory Board, and approved the proposal to acquire fifty-one% of the shares of Sichuan Saikang Intelligent Co., Ltd. The acquisition matter still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review. Saikang Intelligent mainly engages in online status monitoring of power grid equipment and image acquisition and analysis of the internal structure of operating equipment. Through power X-ray imaging technology, intelligent monitoring system products, IoT platforms, data analysis and other methods, it aims to diagnose and predict potential risks of power equipment, participate in smart grid transformation and construction, effectively improve power operation quality, reduce direct economic losses caused by faults, lower operation and maintenance costs, and assist in production safety. In recent years, with the continuous increase of national investment in power grid construction, the demand of power grid users for safe and efficient operation, monitoring and analysis of power grid equipment has been constantly increasing for the live detection of Saikang intelligent transmission line drones. Saikang Intelligence has formed a clear advantage in this field. This acquisition is an important measure for the company to expand its competitiveness around user needs. The acquisition of the Saikang Intelligent Award Certificate has improved the company's industrial layout under the strategic development goal of "intelligent command and dispatch".
