The integration of Yunbian Electric into Wangbian Electric Group's integrated ERP system for business and finance was officially launched on January one, two thousand twenty-five at midnight. With the issuance of the ERP system's grid connection operation instructions, relevant departments such as finance, sales, procurement, and production quickly verified various data, and the ERP initialization data met the requirements for system launch, marking the official launch of Yunbian Electric's integration into Wangbian Electric Group's integrated ERP system for business and finance. In March two thousand twenty-four, after completing the acquisition of Yunbian Company, Wangbian Electric actively carried out digital management construction and improvement work, and launched the construction project of the group's integrated ERP system in early September. After signing the contract with Inspur Group, Inspur's professional engineering and technical personnel, as well as the group's IT technical personnel, were dispatched to the site to promote the project. The company's IT office took the lead in organizing relevant department personnel to conduct business process sorting, system function training, unit testing, integration testing, and other related work. Through everyone working day and night, overtime, for more than one hundred and twenty days, we conducted thorough discussions on the management difficulties and business pain points in the project, and worked together to achieve systematic control of the core main value process.
