It's Christmas and all the kids are enjoying the snow. But come Christmas Eve and it has snowed so heavily that Father Christmas cannot get his sleigh through the snow. Just what is he to do? Then he notices a child's snowman standing in a garden and has an idea...
This is the 6th episode of the Mr Men series, broadcast on February 25th 1975 and narrated by Arthur Lowe. This makes a perfect episode for Christmas, which is why I've been uploading them two at a time of late. You suspect that a certain Raymond Briggs might of had an idea from this, while you would swear when you hear Father Christmas speak that it is Willie Rushton speaking and not Arthur Lowe in this. The one issue I have in this is that Mr Snow looks nothing like his book cartoon - indeed, he looks slightly unnerving here. Anyway, Happy Christmas all and enjoy regardless.
