Meme and her brother Jere are teenagers, twin brothers, children of a passive father, Daniel, and an extremely domineering mother, Lucía, from the Argentine upper middle class. Ezequiel, the eldest son, arrives from Spain with his fiancee Montse, who considers his family and Argentine society empty and pretentious. Gradually, the other characters discover that Meme and Jere have begun an incestuous sexual relationship.
