The script was written by the the American playwright, TV writer and producer (of Jewish-Polish descent) Steven Ronald Bochco who was born in Russian Poland and the American writer, screenwriter, playwright and producer Harold Clements (or Harry Kleiner) who was born in Russian Georgia.
Produced by the American writer and producer Harry Tatelman, filmed at the Univeral Studios in California (USA).
The movie was released for video use in 1987.
Music by the American songwriter, composer and producer Quincy Delight Jones.
