Royal Shakespeare Company did a pair of plays with the same cast leads
for Loves Labours Lost and Much Ado About Nothing which they called "Loves
Labours Won".
Michelle Terry played in Loves labours Lost for the RSC here and also in the
Shakespeare's Globe production available on DVD. Michelle Terry is the now the
director of Shakespeare's Globe.
The Globe edition is in my file group and has a seasonal closing dance called
"Winter". I know the song best performed by Cleo Laine many years ago.
This recode is taken from a screen capture by another user. Any additional
details of that larger file is in the NFO. I do not know all the details but
like many of these RSC plays they were shown at movie theatres and here we have
Suzy Klein presenting the play and the featurettes. This particular play was
also released as DVD and is likely still available.
One day I may find and add "Loves Labor's Won."
