In a fantasy world, the evil magician Traigon (Roberto Ballesteros) must sacrifice his eldest son in honor of the god Caligara, in order to preserve his magic. But his wife runs away after giving birth to their twin daughters, and before dying she gives them to the warrior Krona (Martin LaSalle), who vows to raise them as great soldiers. Twenty years later, Traigon returns and once again begins the hunt for his daughters, Mira (Leigh Harris) and Mara (Lynette Harris). The twins will now have the help of the barbarian Erlik (Roberto Nelson) and the Viking Baldar (Bruno Rey), to try to defeat their father.
