These chicken breasts will satisfy you and the ones you are cooking for.
They are really quick and easy to make. The result is delicious.
The recipe:
1 kilo of chicken fillet
3 eggs (for the marinade)g
Salt, pepper
2 eggs (for the batter)
Some flour (for the batter).
Slice the chicken and pound every slice with a tenderizing tool on both sides until it is half centimeter thick.
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and mix them well. Add as much salt and pepper to the eggs as you like.
This way our marinade is ready.
Soak the chicken slices into the marinade and put the bowl into the fridge for at least 3 hours. The chicken slices need to get soaked really well. 3 hours is the minimum time period, it is better to let them soak for a longer time.
You can marinade the chicken in the evening and cook it in the morning. Or vice versa: get all the preparations done in the morning and cook the chicken breasts for dinner in the evening.
Now we start to fry the chicken steaks.
Dip the marinated steaks/breasts first into flour and then into egg. Put them on a hot frying pan.
When the steaks start to change their color, turn them over. Be careful not to overcook them!
