Samsung Galaxy S I9000 hard reset

It's very easy to hard reset.Just follow these steps:
1.Turn off your phone.
2.Press and hold volume up button + home button + power on button until Samusng logo appears on display
3.Browse with volume buttons and select "wipe data/factory reset" and press home button
4.Again browse with volume buttons and select "yes"
5.Wait until process is complete
6.Select "reboot system now" and press home button
7.Wait until the phone restarts.
Now you will have a phone without any password or pattern.
