👍 A glass of oatmeal and a spoon of cocoa! A year without sugar! I lost 20 kg. I don't eat sugar and make great dessert recipes without added white sugar. I cook without flour. I have a lot of delicious recipes on my channel.
1 cup (100 g) oatmeal. 1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice.
2 eggs.
1/3 cup (100 g) Greek yogurt.
1 tablespoon stevia or any other sweetener of your choice. 1 teaspoon baking powder. Salt.
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for about 20-25 minutes.
