1 cup (100 g) oatmeal.
3 medium apples.
1/2 cup (120 ml) water.
1 banana.
Rinse 3.5 oz (100 g) dried cranberries in hot water.
Rinse 3.5 oz 100 g raisins in hot water.
2 eggs.
1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
1/2 cup (50 g) favorite nuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 35-40 minutes.
Serve with Greek yogurt and your favorite berries, if desired.

2 medium or 4 small apples.
Rinse 3.5 oz (100 g) raisins in hot water.
2 ripe bananas.
2 eggs.
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon baking powder.
6 inch (15 cm) baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 50-60 minutes.
