What are the brands of your bracelets?
I used one in the past, I need to find it and start using it again , but it is not so advanced as being bought a long time ago.
The current model is BR Smart (also Xiaomi, but I'm not sure), and I need to charge it every couple of days. But its display is bright.
Which was your model? Were you satisfied with it?
Unfortunately this useful feature hasn't helped me so far (but I haven't been using this function for a long time).
Maybe later it'll help me somehow to "correct" my "owl" behavior (I rarely go to bed before 3 A.M, especially when the next day is a day off work...).
I have a horizontal bar installed at my home and some other useful devices, including dumbbells and an expander for arms, a big rubber ball, a rolling wheel, and a disc for my back. And also a small mechanical device to train one's fingers, I'm not sure how this may be called correctly in English. But that's enough, I think, to do without a gym.
My bracelet has this feature. It always shows about 97%-99%.I cannot find practical use for this particular parameter...
When I walk through the park, I know the distance. When I do some Physical exercises, I have taken the control with my own feeling.
